"And Jabez called on the God of Israel, saying, Oh that thou wouldest bless me indeed, and enlarge my coast, and that thine hand might be with me, and that thou wouldest keep me from evil, that it may not grieve me! And God granted him that which he requested." 1 Chronicles 4:10
Jabez remains our veritable example or template of an individual in scriptures who placed a demand for enlargement and was satisfied. I presume that before Jabez prayed for enlargement, he was dissatisfied with his life of smallness. I guess he was disgusted with the status quo. Until we are tired and fed up with our current stage in life we will not take steps toward a change. Jabez realised his need for enlargement and did something. He prayed!
Your job, career or business needs a change of story! Your life needs a boost for good! Do you know that it will require only God to change your story? As such, calling on Him in prayers is wise! Do you also know that praying for enlargement is scriptural and paramount to your enjoyment of enlargement?
Prayer remains a vital key to a life of settlement and enlargement.
But apart from prayers, you need to embrace and engage 3 keys for your enlargement:
1. Faith for Enlargement
"Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth."
Mark 9:23
2. Instructions for Enlargement
"Enlarge the place of thy tent, and let them stretch forth the curtains of thine habitations: spare not, lengthen thy cords, and strengthen thy stakes;"
Isaiah 54:3
3. Responsibility for enlargement
"And Joshua answered them, If thou be a great people, then get thee up to the wood country, and cut down for thyself there in the land of the Perizzites and the giants, if mount Ephraim is too narrow for thee." Joshua17:15
I decree and declare that you will command greater exploits and enlargement in Jesus mighty name.
