Impact making Faith
"Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth." Mark 9:23
Faith or belief is a powerful instrument that determines your impact making endeavors. When your faith is in proper alignment you can determine the possibility of things cheaply.
What is faith? In our context, Faith is coming to a point of conviction that with God you too can make impact in life. Faith also is about you possessing a possibility mentality.
The moment you truly believe that you are a candidate to make impact mentally, an unusual ability is injected into you, propelling you towards your goals. But also the moment you saddle yourself with doubts and unbelief, inability is injected into you, causing you to be stagnated.
Faith is the force that moves a man from one level of impact to another. A wiseman said "A man is what he believes."
To make impact this year, you must:
1. Have Faith in God
You must believe that God is the Source of all good things. Every good thing comes from the Father of lights! The Bible says,
"Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights..." James 1:17
Now let me ask you this salient question: Is impact making a good thing? If yes, then God is the Source of your impact! Don't ever look at yourself and think:
"Will I make impact like others? I'm not good like others!" Please jettison such self-limiting thoughts and express your faith in God who has power to change people's stories. The Bible says, "Through faith also Sara herself received strength to conceive seed, and was delivered of a child when she was past age, because she judged him faithful who had promised."Hebrews 11:11
Arise with unshakeable faith and judge God faithful to fulfil His glorious promises.
2. Have Faith in yourself
Why faith in yourself? Because the way you see or rate yourself is the way people will rate you. Stop looking down on yourself and your abilities. You don't need anybody's approval to make impact. All you need is you! Beloved of God, you can do all things through Christ that strengthens you.
No matter the situation you find yourself, consciously place faith in yourself that you are well able to make impact. May God open your eyes to see your true picture or the true potential and abilities in you.
3. Have Faith in others
Why faith in others? Because others are inevitably a part of your journey through life. At one point or the other you will always need other people.
The tragedy of people failing to make impact is that they have failed to see the roles others make in their lives. Moses, the great servant of God was heavily supported by Aaron and Hur. Remember that they held his hands up in order to win the war. Please read Exodus 17:8-13!
If Jesus Christ believed in His twelve disciples to entrust a global ministry into their hands, you have no reason or excuse not to trust others, especially those that work with you.
I decree and declare that your faith will command impact this year in Jesus mighty name.
Yours sincerely,
Joe Jesimiel Ogbe
