How to Boost your Beliefs
"Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth."Mark 9:23
What is belief?
Belief is a feeling of certainty that something exists, is true or good.Belief is a choice. You can choose the beliefs that support you or choose the beliefs that discourage you. For instance, when you believe you cannot amount to greatness, you send a signal of limitations to your brain. Even if you have the potential for greatness, your brain will stop you from attempting or taking steps towards greatness.
If you believe you can, you can! And if you believe you can't, you can't! Anthony Robbins said,
"To change our behaviours, we have to start with our own beliefs. If we want to model excellence, we need to learn to model the beliefs of those who achieve excellence."
Let's consider 3 ways to boost your Beliefs:
1. Follow the steps of achievers"That ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises." Hebrews 6:12There is nothing that fosters or boosts beliefs like following in the footsteps of achievers! There are people who have inherited what you want to inherit. Reading about their achievements can spur your belief system. What is possible with others can be possible with you too. No matter how terrible your case may be, if you can read about great achievers, you can create the beliefs that will allow you to succeed.
2. Remember your past results!
"David said moreover, The LORD that delivered me out of the paw of the lion, and out of the paw of the bear, he will deliver me out of the hand of this Philistine. And Saul said unto David, Go, and the LORD be with thee."1 Samuel 17:37One surest way to create a supporting belief that you can achieve greater results is to remember what you have achieved before. David was able to boost his belief system to confront Goliath when he remembered how he dealt with lion and bear. You too can foster your belief if you remember your past results or achievements.
3. Power of imagination
"And the LORD said, Behold, the people is one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do."Genesis 11:6Through your mind, you can imagine greatness or smallness. There is nothing that changes your Beliefs and actions like imagination. What are you imagining or hoping for? If you can imagine consistently your anticipated results, you are most likely go to boost your belief.
I decree and declare that your belief system will produce results in Jesus mighty name.
Yours sincerely,
